Ingredients:
1/2 cup Premium Teriyaki Sauce
2 x 150g Chicken Fillet split into one slab
Black pepper grounded
2 burger buns halved
2 tablespoon sugar
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup fresh crisp Lettuce Cabbage
Why is it a favourite?
Adding fresh cabbage refreshes the sweet burger and balances the whole creation making one to crave more.
Method:
1) Marinate the fillet with the sauce, pepper and sugar for 10 mins.
2) Grill the mixture for 10 mins turning the sides frequently and coating with more sauce.
3) Separate the 2 portions with the cabbage and mayonnaise each and in between the burgers.
4) Enjoy this favourite with fries or chips...
