Mos burger is another type of fast food around. Their burgers are the Japanese style type. They have many different varieties ranging from the more common burgers such as cheese burger, hamburger although their beef patty is different as they are quite thick. They have the more special kinds such as ebi burger, teriyaki chicken and yakiniku rice burger. Yes it is called rice burger that is what make it special! Rice burger instead of the normal bread. So eating the rice burger is like eating the rice with the meat but still is not quite the same. It is still burger after all but nice.

Oreo cheesecake

It was in the afternoon, I was walking around saw some cakes available at Andersen's. Usually this kind of apple pies can be easily found at Macdonald's. I happened to saw this at Mos Burger and have decided to try it. It was tasty! One thing about such apple pies is that the crust must be real crispy and the apple filling fresh. But usually they cannot be kept warm for some time and when it turns cold it does not taste that nice anymore ha. So eat it while it is hot!

Ham cheese bread

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of butter
4 cups of all-purpose flour
200g of yeast
2 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
1 cup of milk
ham
cheese

Method

In a small saucepan, heat milk, water and butter until very warm, 120 degrees F (50 degrees C). When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.

Divide dough into 20 equal pieces. I like such miniature hot dog bread because of their cute shape and they are small to consume like a snack. Sometimes when we enter to a confectionery shop we want to try out more of the things there so if they are small we can try a few more variety without being full easily. To be full, we just have to eat more of these miniature breads.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of butter
4 cups of all-purpose flour
200g of yeast
2 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
1 cup of milk
hotdogs

Method

In a small saucepan, heat milk, water and butter until very warm, 120 degrees F (50 degrees C).
